The MYO Practicum 9001 is the hands-on supply kit for participants of TalkTools’ MYOTools™ Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) live workshop, developed by Robyn Merkel-Walsh, MA, CCC-SLP. This kit provides therapists with the physical tools needed to practice and apply the Merkel-Walsh 4 MYO Domains™ during live training: Airway (oral resting posture, nasal breathing, habit elimination), Swallowing (tongue thrust, oral transit), Structure (referring for orofacial anomalies), and Speech (oral placement disorders and lisps). The MYOSolutions program is appropriate for clients aged 4 and above and applicable across the lifespan.
