Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TalkTools account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
